201 Stainless Steel Plate Sheet Description:

AISI 201 stainless steel sheet is a more durable stainless alloy than T309 due to a compound that includes half the nickel and increased manganese and nitrogen. It exhibits most of the same properties as the other stainless alloys but is not as ductile or formable. Due to its lower nickel content, 201 offers a lower-cost alternative to Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steel, such as 309 sheets. UNS S20100 SS Sheets is austenitic stainless steel manufactured from chromium-nickel manganese, originally designed to conserve nickel. ASTM A240 201 Stainless Steel Plate provides some excellent features, including high strength, high temperature, and pressure resistance, rugged construction, etc. ASTM A240 201 Stainless Steel Plate has excellent formability, resistance to corrosion, and manufacturing capability.
